One manifest for everything I publish. A single Go binary with a local React UI takes in a file, strips its metadata, builds derived assets as versioned jobs, and plans cloud changes like Terraform. Apply writes one flat JSON view per site. This portfolio is one of those views.
Why I Built It
Each of my sites kept its own copy of what I'd made, and the copies drifted. I wanted to add something once, review exactly what would change, and have it show up everywhere it belongs. Every sync is safe to run twice: a second run with no changes does nothing and says so.
